We know you have many choices, and shopping local helps out the economy bit by bit. Craft Store Sales are tempting.
Online shopping is tempting. Its been tough for us all for the past few years. It's important for myself (Nicole) and my
mom, Jeannine, to keep providing you with great service. This is the reason for the survey. We'd like to see you again
soon and more frequently. I want to reach out into the community to try and get specifics about what we can do to
improve, so we can keep up with "the big guys." It's tough.. but we're still here, so we must be doing something right :)
Remember honesty is best, even if it's tough to hear. We just want to take a moment to give you a personal "Thank You"
